H and welcome to my blog open house party to celebrate the release of Things to Do.
http://www.samhainpublishing.com I'm Nell and the little chap on the book cover is Robbie the dog. The party will be rolling all day and if you've not been to one of these before here's how it works - I'll be putting up excerpts, information about the book throughout the day. Drop by, leave comments, and at the end of the day I'll be picking random numbers from the comment trails for door prizes and I may have a quickie contest question for a Samhain gift certificate too!
Who knows you may even want to buy the book!!! ggg
For now though introduce yourself, tell me if you're a reader, writer, both and your favourite ever book and I'll be back with the drinks and food.

ReplyDeleteI'll take some pink champagne please Nell and favourite book....hmmm it would have to be Judith McNaught's Almost Heaven.
Hi Allison and Amanda, good book choices here. I'll just pop up the blurb for Things to Do before we all get carried away with the champers,
ReplyDeleteEmma Morgan, finds her life has more in common with Dangermouse than Bridget Jones as she deals with the fall-out from her impulsive secret marriage to Marco, a handsome Caribbean barman. Her boss is dating her mother, her sister has been jilted, her best friend, Rob, is being stalked by his ex-girlfriend. Emma is so busy sorting out other people’s problems, including a dog-napping and a small matter of some missing millions, what else can a girl do to get organized except list some ‘Things to Do’?
Hey! Delayed due to trip to Post Office to pick up package, but I'm here now! It's difficult to pick my most favourite book ever, but the one I've loved the longest has to be "The Little White Horse" by Elizabeth Goudge.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Nell - adotable cover.
